Energy Performance Certificates

At Handley Energy Assessors we charge just £59 for an Energy Performance Certificate regardless of your property size or type. We aim to keep matters as simple and transparent as possible so there are no hidden or additional charges – the final bill is always just £59.

Home Information Pack

We are able to offer Home Information Packs through Sheila Biskup at Wilkin Chapman Epton Blades in Lincoln. We have personally worked with Sheila since Home Information Packs became mandatory in the UK and are proud to be able to recommend her services here. Sheila is able to offer a variety of packages to suit you and your budget.

Home Information Packs Pricing

PLAN A: - £199 + VAT = £228.85 total – This package requires upfront payment when your HIP is completed and for Wilkin Chapman Epton Blades to act on your behalf with your sale conveyancing (a conveyancing quote can be provided for you before you commit to any package).

PLAN B: £280 + VAT = £322.00 – This package requires upfront payment when your HIP is completed with no conveyancing attached.

PLAN C: £249 + VAT = £286.35 – This package offers a deferred payment option. The HIP will be paid for when your sale completes or your property is withdrawn from the market and Wilkin Chapman Epton Blades will act on your behalf with your sale conveyancing.
